Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS or USPS service if delivered within the continental U.S. from our warehouse.
The international order will be applied by the extra cost based on UPS or USPS Calculation method.
There will be additional costs for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS and USPS make the delivery. If customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the shipping before we can reship that order. If the customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 15% order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking fee; plus the UPS or USPS shipping charge.

iZZYZX (AKA, Leggings.Fit) does not pay for the international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.

We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide you with the most enjoyable shopping experience. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number, and expiration date.

This information is necessary to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We want to improve your shopping experience by using your purchase patterns to provide merchandise that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our website. You will receive e-mail(s) regarding your order status. Your orders are processed through the use of a secure server.

The fully secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. iZZYZX (AKA, Leggings.Fit) does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, however, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include any personal identifying information.

We may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such releases are necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our privacy policy or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of iZZYZX (AKA, Leggings.Fit), our users, or others.

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by iZZYZX (AKA, Leggings.Fit). If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of purchase, you may return only not damaged item in its original package for an exchange or refund. A custom order is final. We do not accept the returning for custom order.

* We accept returns of any unused, undamaged, "like new". The following guidelines must apply and will be strictly enforced.
1. For Exchange, the products must be in the exact same condition you received it in.
2. A copy of the invoice for each item must accompany the return showing the price paid for each item returned.
3. To request a refund please contact us to request a return authorization stating your order number and reason for the return of the item. Once your item is received back to our warehouse, we will process your refund. 
4. All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for products damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
5. We don't provide a return label for exchanging or retruning unless defective or wrong item you receive. You have to pay for the return shipping fee.
6. Perfume smell, no tag and worn out will not be accepted.
7. Before return an item, you must receive RMA (Return Mechanize Authorization) from us. Please contact us via email.
How to Exchange Products
Please email and tell us that a package is coming back, provide us with a tracking number and carrier you used. The product is subject to final inspection before your Exchange is processed. Allow 1-2 weeks for the exchange to be processed.

Lost packages require a mandatory 30-day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.

If there are any other problems, we will make sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties content! The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be exchanged for a new product.
Ordering
We process most orders within 3 business days and ship by UPS or USPS to destinations within the U.S. If you want us to deliver fast, please choose your shipping method while you are ordering.
All orders placed with us shall be subject to acceptance or cancellation at any time at our discretion. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read the policies and accepts our Privacy and Security. For online orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Until an account has been established with us, we will only ship to the verifiable addresses. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards.
California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the major credit card such as, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal as well as Amazon Pay.
If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing information on the account, so make sure that you have submitted the correct information. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and to protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with us, we will only ship to verifiable addresses.
